We’re a little farm, aspiring to make a big difference. As a social enterprise, our purpose is to create sustainable and supportive employment for people living with disability, in an inclusive space for the whole community.

We currently employ more than 60 people with disability on our two-hectare produce farm in roles from horticulture to customer service. Every cent we make goes directly back into the upkeep of the farm and creating new opportunities for our team.

All produce we grow is sold to the community, used on-site in the café, or utilised by our commercial kitchen, Peppergreen Farm catering. We also offer venue hire for events, car washing and grounds maintenance, and programs for school students.

Our lush farmland and beautiful café are the perfect opportunity to try some of Bendigo’s best fresh produce, and experience the beauty of Central Victoria. Come in and see for yourself!
