SCHOOL VISITS

We’re passionate about what we do, and we love inspiring that passion in others! This is why we offer a number of guided education experiences for school groups – so students can learn more about how their food gets from the garden to their plate.

Farm tour and two activities (two hours, inclusive of a 15-minute break in between activities) $35.00
Farm tour and three activities (three to four hours with 15-minute breaks in between activities) $45.00

Farm to fork
Through this tour, students will be engaged with a hand-on experience in which they will learn how to cook with local, seasonal produce.
Soil, Seeds, and Worms
Mini-beasts, worms and chickens
This is certainly one for the animal lovers!
During this workshop, students will hunt for mini-beasts, observe and learn about bees & pollination and get up close and personal with the farm’s resident chickens.
Creative gardeners
The creative gardeners workshop is suitable for students of all ages. In this fun, interactive program, students are able to express their artistic talents while still enjoying the fresh air!
Students will be provided with an art smock, paint and brushes, a terracotta pot, and seed or a seedling.
They will then be able to keep the painted pots and their very own plant to take home or back to school to watch grow!
