Supported employment
Peppergreen Farm is a two-hectare commercial produce garden and tourist attraction in North Bendigo. Our supported staff are responsible for propagating, growing and harvesting produce, which is sold from the farm directly to the community, and is used in the production of food in our café and catering businesses.
Our supported workforce work in different areas across the farm including gardening, grounds maintenance, service and retail, and hospitality.
All of our supported workers are matched with jobs that match their skills and interests, with plenty of opportunities for learning and upskilling.

Peppergreen Farm Catering is our commercial kitchen located in California Gully, which is just a five-minute drive from our farm. We provide catering to businesses, functions and events, as well as pre-packaged nutritional and delicious meals for those accessing meal support through NDIS, Aged Care, or who simply need a break from cooking!
Supported employees working in our catering are responsible for cooking and preparing food in a commercial setting as part of a team in both customer facing and non customer facing roles.

As a WISE Employment Social Enterprise, we offer sustainable and supported employment opportunities for people with disability and those facing disadvantage. Our current workforce provides more than 60 people with disability skills development, training and employment.
